The following process will be used to establish the competition calendar for 2010. The dates in this process allow those clubs holding events in January 2010, five months to plan their events.

1. Publish a draft 2010 calendar, based on the 2009 calendar.
2. Clubs have SIX weeks to review the calendar and confirm the events or provide alternatives using the applications form available for download at www.dogagility.org.nz/forms.html. The closing date is the 12th April 2009.
   • Absence of confirmation for a competition will result in the event being removed from the calendar.
   • Clubs must include the events they intend to hold when confirming a competition. E.g. 2 x Agility and 2 x Jumpers
3. Applications to hold AD and ADX trials must be made by clubs by the 12th April 2009.
4. The Agility Committee will review the applications & allocate the AD and ADX.
5. The AC will review any issues or objections.
6. The draft South Island calendar for 2010 is available for download at 2010 South Island Draft Calendar. The draft North Island calendar for 2010 is available for download at 2010 North Island Draft Calendar. These will be emailed out to club secretaries. All correspondence regarding the calendars must be sent to

1. Clubs have until August 15th to review the draft and request changes
2. The 2010 Confirmed calendar will be published by August 31st 2009.
