this is a master form for those who know their way around a computer, to set up and use. It allows your club to chose the classes that are printed on the form and also prints two to a page. Instructions on how to set up your own form using this method are contained in the attachment “ Instructions for Setting Up Ribbon Trial Entry Form”.

is a form that only NON NZKC members sign and the one piece of paper can be used for everyone, or multiple ribbon trials. This would be used in addition to an entry form, but would particularly be useful for clubs entering entries directly into a computer without using forms.
