Retirement from the Senior Agility Panel

Ron Frater Has retired from the senior agility panel. Many thanks to Ron for all he has done for us over the many years!

Roger Van Huenen has retired from the the senior agility panel.  We wish him well in his future.

Gary and Susan Nielson and Dr Brian Robinson Have now retired from Judging. We wish them all the best.
Andrew Haythorne has recently retired from judging after many years service. We wish him well.

Judges Regulations (effective January 1st 2010)

The regulations pertaining to judges and their progression and promotion through the panels changed on January 1st 2010. Click here to find out the new regulations.

What is the new Trainee Agility Judges Panel?

This is the first panel that anyone wanting to become a judge enters onto. It is where trainee judges complete their probationaries and sit their judges exam.

What is the new Agility Ribbon Trial Judges Panel?

This is the next stage after the Trainee Panel. Judges on this panel can judge all classes at agility or jumpers Ribbon Trials, but not AD or ADX. Clubs can apply for a grant to assist the travelling expenses of a Ribbon Trial judge, to judge at their ribbon trial. An application form is available on the Forms page.

What is the new Agility Judges Panel?

This is the next promotion after the Ribbon Trial panel. Judges on this panel can judge all classes at agility and jumpers ribbon trials as well as at open shows. They can also judge AD, ADX and all classes at agility and jumpers Championship Shows except for Senior and Jumpers A.

What is the new Senior Agility Panel?

This is the next promotion after the Agility panel. Judges on this panel can judge all classes at agility and jumpers ribbon trials as well as at open shows. They can also judge AD, ADX and all classes at agility and jumpers Championship Shows.

What is the new Mentor Panel?

This is a panel of experienced judges who offer assistance to all other judges, but in particular to the Agility Ribbon Trial panel judges.
